					For assistance, please contact your local Help Desk for support or dial 2929


Your local Help Desk can quickly fix most problems including launching courses and
tests, password problems, course completions, or duplicate SESA IDs. Fixes to these
problems generally require:
                             Browsers Adjustments
                             Pop-Up Blockers
                             Password Resets
                             Java Installations

If you can not access The Learning Center or are having problems with a specific course,
feel free to contact level two support via TheLearningCenter@us.schneider-electric.com
mailbox however resolution times will be greater than with the Help Desk.
