                                                                    How to set an auto reply message

Auto reply messages will automatically respond to people who send messages to you with a customized message you
create. You can configure them to respond based on sender, subject matter or what address it was sent too.

                                             1. Log into WebMail by entering your e-mail and password.




                                             2. Click on “Preferences”.




                                             3. Click “Auto Reply Messages”.

        4. Click “Add Autoresponder”




        5. Select the appropriate condition
           - All - Auto responds to all e-mails
           - From - Auto responds to e-mails from a certain individual or group
           - To - Auto responds to e-mails addressed to a certain e-mail
           - CC - Auto responds to carbon copies
           - Subject - Auto responds based on a certain subject




        6. Type your Autoresponder message in the supplied “Message” field.

                                                7. You should see a message stating that the change has been made
                                                to your spam settings to allow this address.




                                                8. Click “Save”.




NOTE: You can remove auto responders by checking the box next to your active auto responder and either clicking
“Delete Selected” or “Turn Off Selected”. Also note that once you edit an auto responder the system will automatically
make that auto responder active. If you continue to have troubles setting auto reply messages please visit
