The children loved it when their Moms, Dads and Grandparents took part

Dads pushing each other. Congratulations to Grandpa Chandler who won the
Grandparents race. He had a secret trick that we still don’t know about.

A special thank you to Mrs Ferreira for presenting the medals, taking
photos and for sharing love and care amongst the children. We would
also like to thank the council members for face painting and for
setting up the sound! We appreciate you immensely!

Dr Annette Lotter will address parents talk on Genetic Brain Profiling on
14 September in the Auditorium at 18:00.
The Junior Primary reports will also be handed out, after the function,
at the same venue.

Thank you so much to Mr Clarke for teaching those that
attended the Kite Day, how to make a kite that actually
flies. You have a wealth of knowledge, not only on this
subject but on so many other subjects. We are so thrilled
that we can “tap” into this knowledge. Once again a big
 thank you from the PTA!

In 1968 the school went up to Standard IV (Grade 6). In
February the St Helena mine made the house at 5 Limpopo
Street available for the headmaster. In 1969 the School reached
full status as a Primary School. That was when the Standard V
    (Grade 7) class was introduced.
