                                                          full flight with the A Stirring Sensation series. That
                                                          title creative refers to both model ‘Audrey’ (as in
                                                          Hepburn) and Boncafé’s gourmet blends…while
                                                          Stirred Not Shaken is the headliner for model
                                                          ‘James’ (as in Bon/d) and the gourmet blends.
                                                          ‘Todd’ the chef represents all Bon customers from
                                                          the foodservice industry and calls Boncafé The
                                                          Professionals’ Choice.

                                                          The new campaign takes shape and form in
                                                          print and outdoor media, and friends of Boncafé
                                                          will see ‘Audrey’, ‘James’, ‘Todd’, and Être Bon
                                                          make their rounds. You might have even caught

Academy officially opens
its doors in Singapore!
On 11 Feb 2009, Boncafé officially opened and launched its
brand-new facility in Singapore, the Être Bon Gallery and

Boncafé Mr W E Huber, Mrs W E Huber, Managing Director
Christian Huber, General Manager K. Mohan, some 150
guests, customers and industry partners graced the
occasion at Boncafé, all eager for a look at this new end-to-
end Crop to Cup facility for coffee/foodservice industry and
aficionados alike.

    the Boncafé Roasting House at Pandan Loop,
    welcomes Boncafé institutional customers
    for training, as well as coffee enthusiasts
    who want to sign up for a Coffee Journey

    Along with the opening of Être Bon Gallery
    and Academy, Boncafé also announced the
    appointment of Alvaro Sanchez, Manager,
    Être Bon Gallery and Academy and Roasting

    Sanchez’s responsibility will be to manage
    and run Être Bon Gallery and Academy for
    its day to day operations, ensuring that this
    new facility is a value-add to all of Boncafé’s
    institutional customers, as well as a learning
    experience for all coffee lovers who want to
    know more about the second most traded
    commodity in the world after oil.

    Sanchez, of Spanish descent, is a coffee
    roaster and accredited barista trainer with
    over 8 years experience in the hospitality
    industry. He learnt the craft of roasting in
    Australia where he managed one of the
    country’s leading barista academies, as
    well as worked with some of the world’s
    best boutique coffee roasters and baristas,
    having trained three current coffee roasters
    around in the Australasian region. Sanchez
    will be happy to work with companies and
    corporations who would like to arrange for
    customised team-building coffee workshops
    at Être Bon.
