INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELF-ADMINISTRATION OF THE TKI Please complete and submit the assessment no later than close of business, April 7, 2008. If you have questions regarding the following process, please contact Jaime Brown at (304) 876-7488. Please Note: This assessment can be completed from any computer with Internet access. 1. Using a Web browser (not a search engine) go to: 2. At “Account Login” enter the following in lower case letters: 3. At “Account Password” enter the following in lower case letters: 4. Leave the “User ID” blank. 5. Click on “Login”. 6. To start a new assessment, go to “Pick an Assessment”. 7. Find the line for the TKI and click the “Take It” button. http://online.cpp-db.com usfws student 8. Click on the drop down menu “Batch Name”, scroll to the bottom and select “Foundations”. 9. Fill in demographic information. Helpful Hint: Make sure to complete the demographic information all at one time or the system will reject your attempt to self-administer the test. 10. Click on "Continue Now". 11. Follow the instructions for completing the TKI assessment. 12. When answering the questions, consider your preference while at work. 13. Please respond to every item. 14. Complete the assessment no later than April 7, 2008
