NISGA’A HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.

Security Deposit of $250 is required for liquor events*; $50 for other rentals*, the reservation will be confirmed when the deposit is paid. The security deposit is refundable if there is no damage and all terms and conditions have been met. The Keys will not be released until full payment of rentals is received.
2. Renters are only allowed access to the Hall on the day of the rental; if requested the day/night before additional charges will be applied. 3. The person who signs the rental agreement is responsible for the Hall and the keys. All personal effects must be removed immediately after the function and the keys must be returned by 11am the next day unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon by the renter and the Society. 4. The Society is not liable for any accidents, damages or injuries that occur during the function.
6. Lost or stolen property is not the responsibility of the Society. However, if a lost item is found it may be claimed at the Society office. 7. All tables and chairs will be set up, taken down and stored properly by the renter of the hall. The items are not to be dragged on the floor; moving equipment is provided.
8. Staples, nails, thumbtacks, and confetti are not to be used in the building 9. Bathrooms will be fully stocked; renters are responsible for any additional supplies required. 10. Please ensure the kitchen appliances are cleaned and that all garbage put out. 11. Absolutely no hazardous material is allowed in the building. 12. There are no hourly rates for main hall 13.
