A limited number of exclusive memberships are available, which embraces the fusion of
the worlds of Fitness, Spa and Skincare. A Fitness Only membership is also available.
At ONEwellness we want to reward you for consistently making healthy choices by
implementing a rewards programme, allowing you to accumulate WELLrands, which can
be redeemed towards treatments, retail products and fitness sessions.

Spa facilities
ONEwellness offers visitors the following spa facilities:
Oxygenating vitality pool
A warm Hydrotherapy pool fitted with various jets, which massage and relax the body.
Sleep room
ONEwellness recognises the importance of rest for the mind and body to function optimally.
The sleep room is dedicated to relaxation before and after treatments. Herbal tea is also
served here.
Fitness Centre (ONEwellness Radisson, Cape Town only)
The Fitness Centre offers a range of cardio and strength machines. personal training and
small group training classes are available.
Changing rooms and lockers
The Changing rooms offer showers and lockers and amenities such as bathrobes, slippers,
towels and hairdryers. At certain facilities the changing rooms have separate saunas.

Various group packages are available, catering for corporate groups, pamper parties, stork
