                                                                           having body in line with the ball. Handballing will require making a fist and
                                                                           striking the ball as instructed. Refer to Section Nine - Skills guide.

INTRODUCTION TO HANDBALL:           Child stands side on with left foot and left hand extended in front of body. Place ball on palm
                                    of left hand and hit ball off stationary hand to partner. Change hands and feet. Repeat.


RUCKS AND ROVERS:                    Children form line in middle of playing field. Coach calls RRR-Rucks or RRR-Rovers. Children
                                     move to pre-determined side leaping, running jumping, skipping, log rolling, etc.

CIRCUIT GAME:
Use cones as separate activity stations. Divide children into four groups and spend five minutes at each station. Rotate through all activities.

 SKILL GAME
