Phone, fax or email reservations will be honored, but must be guaranteed by a signed contract and payment in full within 10 days. Deadline for reservations is March 29th, 2006. Refunds are available for cancellations received no later than April 1, 2003. Vendor is responsible for leaving the booth space clean and removing any debris caused by his use of said space. All empty boxes must be broken down and put into a dumpster. PLEASE NOTE: ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO VACATE THE DAY’S INN PREMISES BY 6:00 P.M. ON SATURDAY, APRIL 15.
