• BOOTH RENTAL AGREEMENT •
No water available to booths-n ew merchandise only- FOOD MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. No vehicles, trailers or motorhomes in sales area. You must have a resale permit and PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE. Provide your own booth props, tables, etc. Set up Friday, May 4th after 2:30 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Food Booths may be open Saturday Night during the dance. No tear down before Rodeo ends (approximately 4pm Sunday May 6th) Events will take place Rain or Shine. Please use trash cans that will be provided. There is space for camping and parking trailers and motorhomes outside fenced sales area. Coarsegold Rodeo reserves the right to reject any seller. Space is limited and will be allocated on a First Received Basis. No refunds after April 6th. In the event that the Rodeo is cancelled for any reason, the Coarsegold Rodeo will refund prepaid rental fees and assumes no other liabilities regarding booth rentals. 14. Seller agrees to all *Rules and Conditions set forth above. Seller agrees to assume all liability for any loss or injury resulting from attendance at this event and agrees to hold Coarsegold Rodeo, it’s agents, contracts and property owners free from any liability.
