CYC rules require that at least one club employee supervisor / service person is present per 50 guests. Staff Members will be on duty one hour prior to, and one hour after the event. Cost per hour for each person is $20. Tips are acceptable but not required. If alcoholic beverages will be served, a Banquet Permit from Washington State Liquor Control Board must be purchased by the renter at a local liquor store at least 24 hours in advance. All rental and deposit fees must be paid at least two weeks in advance of the event. CYC Associate Members Receive 15% off the general public rates noted above.
