Effective January 1, 2006, the Colorado Workers’ Compensation Act, Rules of Procedure, have changed. The new rules affect the documentation and process involved with return-to-work and formal modified duty job offers. The following information highlights the changes required to complete the formal job offer process. Rule 6 is to be completed when your injured worker refuses your verbal job offer of modified duty work.
