1. FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WEB SITE SETUP. $500.00
Includes selection of an available page template, custom color selection and the institution’s name on all
pages. If your institution is already using eZCardInfo, this fee is not applicable. If there is no customization
done on the site, the setup fee is $200.00.

Color Customization
To customize any of the variables listed below, please provide the hexadecimal number. The hexadecimal
number is a 6-digit alphanumeric string that corresponds to a color. It is recommended that only Web-safe
colors be used. Web-safe colors have hexadecimal numbers that only contain F, C, 0, 3, 6 & 9. If you do
not know the hexadecimal numbers used on your home page, please contact your web designer. You may
also visit one of the many pages available on the Internet such as www.visibone.com to provide some
guidance. As a final alternative, you may provide a printed or electronic copy of your colors and we will
attempt to get as close to the color as possible.

Login Screen
The login screen can be customized with your institution’s name and colors. When your
cardholders go to login or enroll, they will see a customized, branded screen. To get to a
customized login screen, we will set up a unique URL, called a virtual directory, that you
can add to your institution’s home page. The color options you customize on this screen
will carry throughout all pages on the site.

The Account Summary screen is the first screen your cardholders will see after entering the site. The color
options you customize on this screen will carry through to the other screens. The Promotional Image 2 and
Promotional Texts will only appear on the Account Summary screen.

APPENDIX - A
View and Link Accounts Feature
The MyCardStatement application shall include the option to configure View and Link Accounts Feature
Online Account Management allows you to link credit card accounts at the same bank so you can easily
track account information and activity.
There are two ways to link accounts. Click the appropriate option for more information.
• I have a username and password for the account I'd like to link to this username.
• I don't have a username and password for the account I'd like to link to this username.
Once you link accounts, the View and Link Accounts page provides several options:
• You can view a list of linked accounts.
• You can specify the default account that appears when you log in.
• You can switch to another account by clicking Go to next to the appropriate account number.
• You can delete an account by clicking Unlink next to the appropriate account number.
If you unlink an account, online access to this account is disabled. In addition, all scheduled alerts
and payments will be canceled. To restore access to this account, you must re-enroll or link the account to
another user name.

CONFIGURING SCORE CARD LINK
The MyCardStatement application shall include the option to configure a link allowing the user to access
the ScoreCard application.
A link to the scorecardrewards.com website has been implemented for American Airlines FCU in the
ORCC production environment.
1. The link shall be called Connection Points and shall be displayed on the left-side Navigation menu.
2. The link shall open a new browser window and redirect the cardholder to the URL.
3. The cardholder's account number shall be systematically submitted to the scorecardreward.com
application for auto-login.
Scope Limitations
1. The link name and URL shall be configurable, by FI Brand, so that this feature can be implemented for
other clients on a post-conversion basis.
2. The link shall be displayed only to those cardholders whose ScoreCard Bonus Points Participation
Indicator = Y.
