THE RECOMMENDED MAXIMUM DOOR WEIGHT IS 70KG

ALL CAVITY DOOR FRAMES are designed to accept a standard door thickness of 35mm.
CAVITY DOOR FRAMES for special size doors can be made to order.
THE USE OF 70mm AND 75mm FRAMES IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON DOORS TO
BATHROOMS AND ENSUITES WHERE CONDENSATION MAY CAUSE THE NOGGINS TO
 WARP.
CHECK that you have purchased the correct CAVITY DOOR FRAME for your
unclad wall (stud) thickness, door size and door thickness. The design allows
for the door to slide into the frame and to project 50mm beyond the split jambs -
see (3) below - so that the flush pulls can be fitted to the face of the door. If you
require the door to project further into the opening when fully open, put additional
packing behind the door stops on the post.
