Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are pleased in accordance with the IDSF Competition Rules to invite two couples from your nation to take part
th
in IDSF World Junior 2 Latin on March 26 , 2011.
Expenses: In accordance with the IDSF Competition Rule 8 no travel expenses will be reimbursed to the
participating couples. Travelling allowance of Swiss Franc 100, per couple will be paid in USD/Euro by the Organizer.
Hotel accommodation with breakfast for each couple will be booked and paid by the Organizer for two nights only
from March 25th, 2011 till March 27th , 2011. Accompanying persons pay for Hotel accommodation at their own.
Competitors may stay for additional nights at their own.
Venue: This event will be organized by the Executive Committee of Dance Sport Federation of Russia and Dance
Sport Club “Diamond”, and will take place at the International Expo and Conventional Center “Crocus City” in
Moscow. The competition venue is located in the same building as Aquarium Hotel.
Hotel reservation: The official hotel is the Aquarium Hotel. The hotel is located in the Exhibition hall 3 of the IEC
“Crocus City”, 15 km from the International airport Sheremetyevo 2. Hotel reservation for accompanying persons and
reservation of additional nights for couples should be done until February 10th, 2011 through the DSFR Official

In case of later reservation the Organizer does not guarantee the same room rate and same hotel.
Visa: Travel Agent “Academservice” provides adjudicators, competitors and accompanying persons with TOURIST
VOUCHER to be presented to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country in order to get Russian Entry
Visa. For issuing Russian entry visa each coming person must send a scanned copy of passport, name of the
suitable town in your country with Russian consulate to get VISA until March 10th, 2011 to the following e-mail:
kobeleva@acase.ru and copy to dorokhov@aha.ru
All visa expenses in Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country must be paid by competitors and accompanying
persons respectively.
Pick-up service: The Organizer provides competitors with transportation free of charge from Airport or Railway
station to hotel and back. Accompanying persons can book shuttle service at their own by e-mail:
kobeleva@acase.ru. Please make transportation reservation with DSFR official travel agent “Academservice” until
March 10, 2011. In case of later reservation the Organizer does not guarantee transportation.
The attached entry form must be returned directly to the Organizer - Executive Board of DanceSport Federation of
Russia, by March 01, 2011
