Signature Virgin Coconut Oil Facial

Men and women in Thailand are well-known for their youthful appearance and soft, wrinkle-free skin, even though they live in a climate that
exposes them to the sun's rays year round. People in the tropics have known for centuries that coconut oil has powerful moisturizing and
healing capabilities, and deeply nourishes the skin.

Coconut oil contains natural antioxidants which fight off the free radical attacks and helps your skin fight wrinkles and aging. Coconut oil helps
slough off the dead cells, protects your skin from getting dry and flaky, and softens and improves the elasticity and suppleness of your skin.
Coconut oil can be useful in curing acne, healing wounds, rashes, burns and skin inflammation.

This Signature Virgin Coconut Oil Facial is the ultimate skin overhaul and will restore elasticity and softness, combat aging and promote a
healthy glow.

BODY TREATMENTS

Hand Massage (Reflexology)

Reflexology is an ancient art of healing which works on the principle that the body’s organs, including the brain, are connected
by energy channels to trigger points that lie primarily on your feet, and also in your hands and ears. The popularity of hand
reflexology has grown with the increase in hand-use intensive activities such as gaming, key boarding, Blackberrys, and texting.
Hand reflexology provides a relieving respite in the hands’ busy day and provides relief from the new stresses technology has
placed on your hands. Hand massage improves the circulation in your hands, enhances the flexibility of your wrists and fingers,
helps eliminate stiffness in your fingers, and the gentle pulling of fingers helps make them more dexterous.

Foot Massage (Reflexology)

Reflexology is an ancient art of healing which works on the principle that the body’s organs, including the brain, are connected
by energy channels to trigger points that lie primarily on your feet. The idea is that specific points on the foot directly correspond
to areas of the body, and that by manipulating the pressure points that mirror the body’s structure and systems, the body is
stimulated to heal itself. The application of pressure on these points is done without the use of tools, crèmes or lotions.
Reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the body.

Aromatherapy Massage (Full Body)
In aromatherapy massage, essential oils are mixed with a carrier oil like sweet almond, apricot kernel, or grapeseed oil. The
massage therapist uses up to five oils in a mixture, and chooses the oils based on what you need. A relaxing aromatherapy
massage, for instance, might have lavender or bergamot, while a massage for sore muscles might include peppermint and
eucalyptus.
Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts, derived from leaves, bark, roots, seed resins and flowers that give off
strong, pleasant aromas (smells) and promote relaxation, a sense of well-being, and healing.

Essentials oils will be personally selected for you to relax your body, calm your mind and connect with your spirit.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is one of the world’s oldest healing modalities.

Thai massage is a deep or medium pressure, oil-free, full body treatment, and comfortable clothes that allow for movement are worn. Thai
massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the
therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Muscle compression, joint mobilization,
and acupressure are also used during treatment. Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Thai massage is often described as both
relaxing and energizing.

There are numerous benefits of Traditional Thai Massage:
    • Facilitates relaxation
    • Strengthens and rejuvenates the body
    • Reduces stress
    • Relieves pain and muscle tension
    • Improves blood and lymphatic fluid circulation
    • Invigorates the nervous system
    • Increases energy and a sense of well-being
    • Increases flexibility in joints
    • Improves range of motion
    • Centers the mind and body
