Ford Land Leases 53,909 Square Feet in Fairlane
DEARBORN, Mich., Oct 3 – Ford Land, Ford Motor Company's real estate arm, has negotiated several new leases amounting to 53,909 rentable square feet (RSF), all of which is located in its master-planned Fairlane community. Ford Land’s Fairlane community is located in Dearborn and Allen Park and is southeastern Michigan’s premier business, retail, residential and recreational center. It features 2,360 acres of buildings, green space and infrastructure surrounding Ford Motor Company’s world headquarters.

Among the new lease transactions are: • Ardent Learning, Inc., 902 RSF in Fairlane Office Centre. Ford Land brokered the deal with Thomas Gibson of The Gibson Company representing the tenant. • • • • Ford Component Sales, LLC, 30,432 RSF in Fairlane Plaza North. Ford Land brokered the deal. Guardsmark, LLC, 4,068 RSF in Fairlane Office Centre. Ford Land brokered the deal. Royal Jordanian, 804 RSF in Fairlane Office Centre. Ford Land brokered the deal. Travelink, Inc., 2,943 RSF in Fairlane Office Centre. Ford Land brokered the deal with Mike Ziecik of GVA Strategis representing the tenant. • University of Michigan, 14,760 RSF in Commerce Park South.
