Ford Land Leases 60,716 Square Feet in Fairlane
DEARBORN, Mich., December 2, 2004 – Ford Land, Michigan’s fourthlargest nonresidential property manager, has negotiated several new leases amounting to 60,716 rentable square feet (RSF), all of which is located in its master-planned Fairlane community.

Among the new lease transactions are: • • • Henry Ford Health System, 11,816 RSF in Westpark Center. Ford Land associate Linda Relyea brokered the deal. Tokico (USA), Inc., 28,853 RSF in Fairlane Business Park. Ford Land associate Karen O’Neil brokered the deal. Tweddle Litho Company, 4,808 RSF in Fairlane Business Park. Ford Land associate Karen O’Neil brokered the deal, with Eugene Agnone and Bob Pagan of Grubb & Ellis representing the tenant. • • United Oakwood Providers, 1,004 RSF expansion in 500 Town Center. Ford Land associate Karen O’Neil brokered the deal. LTS Title Agency, 1,868 RSF in Fairlane Business Park.
