No compensation shall become due and payable. The notice period is one (1) month and shall commence on the last day of the month during which the lessor is provided with a written notice of termination. Possible new lessee candidates are entitled to contact me directly to agree upon a suitable time for a presentation of the apartment.
Final inspection of apartment and rent guarantee/deposit
The final inspection will be carried out during weekdays between 9 and 16 o’clock. Our Housing Manager shall enter the apartment by using the master key. If you wish to be present at the final inspection of the apartment or there are pets in the apartment, please contact our Housing Manager tel: 020 130 20. The rent guarantee/deposit will be returned to the lessee without undue delay if the possession of the apartment (including the keyes) have been transferred to the possession of the lessor and the lessee has fulfilled it’s contractual obligations in accordance with the lease agreement.
