Car Lease Conditions Driver’s license – the car driver should have a valid car driving license of the relevant category. Necessary documents –Private persons: to receive a car, the person should submit copies of the passport and driving license, as well as to show their originals. Legal persons: should submit copies of the “Registration Certificate” and/or “VAT Certificate”, as well as the authorized person’s power of attorney, and should present the person’s certifying document. Security deposit - Private persons: if settlements for services are made by means of credit card, then the to be anticipated security in the beginning of the lease is preauthorized to the lessee’s card, if by means of the debit card, in cash or by transfer, the anticipated security is accepted in cash. If lease conditions have not been violated, the security deposit in the end of the lease is returned back. For legal persons making settlements by means of transfer, no security deposit is applied. Settlements – it is possible to make settlements for services by means of internationally acknowledged credit cards, as well as by debit cards or in cash, by leaving the security deposit in mortgage. Fuel – the car is leased with a full fuel tank. By delivering the car, the fuel tank should be filled up. If the car is leased with a smaller fuel quantity, calculated is an additional payment for the missing fuel LVL 1.00 per one liter. Smoking in the car salon is categorically forbidden. Cleaning – The car is delivered clean – washed up from the outside and cleaned up from the inside. By returning the car, it should be washed up from the outside and cleaned up from the inside. An additional payment will be demanded if needed is a repeated cleaning, washing of the body LVL 25.00, cleaning of the salon LVL 30.00, dry cleaning of the salon LVL 80.00. The minimal lease period – is one day and night (24 hours). A maximally permitted delay is 59 min. Additional equipment offered is an additional equipment available upon request: - children’s seats; - infants’ seats; - roof rack; - GPS navigation equipment; - car trailer. We request to beforehand inform the lessor on desire to lease additional equipment. Car insurance – for the car made have been insurances as follows: compulsory civil liability insurance (OCTA) and insurance with self-risk against car damages, a full destruction and theft (KASKO). Self-risk – client’s self-risk for light car damages is LVL 250.00 and minibus damages LVL 350.00. Client’s self-risk for the car full destruction or theft is 15% of the vehicle’s value. Client’s self-risk is not withdrawn if in damaging of the vehicle as a result of a road traffic accident guilty is a concrete another – known person, whose liability is insured in accordance with Land vehicle owners’ civil liability compulsory insurance law and whose guilt is certified by the competent authority decision or harmonized notification. Fines: a fine for loss of the car documents and keys – LVL 150.00. All fines for violations of administrative and traffic regulations made during the use of the car should be borne by Lessee.
