   2. Unit matrix with proposed rent and square footage for each unit type.

   3. Detailed stabilized income and expense proforma.

   4. Detailed development cost budget

   5. Resumes or experience summary for sponsors/principals.

   6. FHA-HUD borrower experience is required for construction projects. Tell us about previous HUD projects
      completed. If no experience from borrower one of the vendors i.e. architect, developer, contractor etc. with HUD
      experience will suffice but will need to know the HUD projects completed in the past and references.
