									                     Network Hub Camp (Network)
What is it?
This camp is open to all members of the Scout Network, aged 18 - 25. It is an activity camp, with activities
on both the Saturday and Sunday. We only have a certain number of spaces available, to this end we are
only accepting applications from 18 – 25 year old Networkers. If there are still spaces available after the
closing date then we will get in touch with the over 25s.
Friday’s entertainment will be Big Phil’s pub quiz and karaoke.
Saturday’s entertainment will be dinner and Gods & Goddesses themed evening with disco.

There will be some core activities which will be available to you as part of your camp fee. However as you
are Network you can pretty much do anything you want to do. To this end we are offering a selection of
activities for you to participate in over the weekend. These will cost extra on top of your basic camp fee. See
the form below for your options.

This year we are asking that you tell us what you want to do for the duration of the weekend, this makes it
easier for us to plan the activities.

When is it?
Friday 25th February to Sunday 27th February 2010.
You should make arrangements to arrive between 7 and 9pm on the Friday, and the camp will finish at 2pm
on the Sunday. We would appreciate it if you can stay until 2pm on the Sunday.

Where is it?
The event hub is Nethy House, Nethy Bridge near Aviemore (details of how to get there will be issued nearer
the time). Don’t worry if transport is a problem send me an email (networkhub2010@gmail.com) and I
may be able to put you in touch with people near you who are travelling.

How much does it cost?
£38. All food, accommodation and any activities provided by the camp is included in this amount. Any other
activities you choose to do will cost extra. The maximum cost of each activity is shown in the pages below,
this amount may also depend on how many people do each activity and whether or not we can get discounts
on anything. If you wish to participate in one of these activities you will need to indicate your intention to
participate on the booking form so we can book any spaces necessary. You will then be responsible for
paying any additional costs to external providers on arrival at the activity site.

What to do now?
Please complete and return the form below along with your money ASAP, but no later than Friday 28th
January 2010.

Please note no forms will be accepted without payment.
