Chef Natty Phaniram will be present on the night ensuring authenticity and quality. Gai Satay Chicken fillet threaded onto a 10” satay stick, marinated in a spicy peanut sauce then Char-‐grilled. Tod Man Pla This is the most authentic and famous Thai fish cake dish prepared in the traditional way. Thai Rice Selection Thai fried rice, boiled rice & chef’s special rice. Prawn Pad Thai Rice noodles, fresh water prawns and oriental spices makes this a classic Thai stir-‐fry (mild). Thai Spring Rolls Deep fried spring rolls with chicken, vegetables and with rice noodles. Thai Green Curry A classic Thai green curry combining Pork, coconut milk and courgette. Gai Pad Bai Krapraw Stir-‐fried chicken with chillies, garlic and basil leaves. Gaeng Massaman A southern Thai dish made with slithers of beef, potatoes and Massaman spices, simmered slowly making a gentle yellow curry. Khanom Pang Na Moo Marinated minced pork on crispy toast and served with a cucumber dip.
