									Euclid Beach Salt Water Taffy

1. Put into a large pan
    a. 2 and 1/2 cups sugar
    b. 1/2 cup water
    c. 1/4 cup vinegar
    d. 1/8 teaspoon salt
    e. 1 tablespoon butter

2. Heat without stirring to 270°

3. Remove from heat

4. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla

5. Pour onto buttered tray

6. Let cool

7. Pull (use buttered hands)
