Dear Sir/Madam:

This letter is intended to convey our commitment to maintaining the Visa and MasterCard Chargeback
ratios imposed by National Bank of the Redwoods (NBR).

As you can see from our processing history we have been successful in maintaining the ratios that were
imposed on us by our former processor. We realize that NBR is mandating tighter control on chargebacks
and fraud than has been required of us in the past. We are confident that we will be able to achieve and
maintain the .75% Visa threshold with some adjustments to our front-end fraud controls.

Additionally, we are aware that NBR is only interested in doing business with companies that can
consistently meet this criteria long term. It has been fully explained to us that if our chargeback ratios
exceed the .75% threshold NBR may, at their sole discretion, close our merchant account and cease to settle
our credit card transactions.
