Every wedding at Stubton Hall is special and exclusive. We will sit down with you to plan the
details of your event, but the following recommendations will give you some idea of what to
expect to pay for a reception and sit down meal at Stubton Hall. Each of these packages is
based on a minimum of 70 guests and includes VAT at 20% [for all weddings after 04/01/11].
In addition to this per person price, you will need to pay a venue fee and guarantee to take all 15
of the bedrooms in the main house. Please refer to our frequently asked questions for details.

Lovely £99 per person to include the following:
   o The services of our wedding coordinator
   o Sparkling wine reception with nibbles
   o Sit down three-course meal from the Lovely menu including our house wines
   o Wedding cake
   o Sparkling wine with toasts
   o Choice of flowers on tables
   o White or cream coloured table linen and napkins

Fancy from £120 to include the following:
   o The services of our wedding coordinator
   o House Champagne reception with cold canapés
   o Sit down three-course meal from the Fancy menu including choice of wines
   o Wedding cake
   o Champagne with toasts
   o Choice of flowers on tables
   o White or cream coloured table linen and napkins
   o Personalised place cards and table plan

Extravagant from £160 to include the following:
   o The services of our wedding coordinator
   o Champagne reception with hot & cold canapés
   o Sit down four-course meal from the Extravagant menu including choice of fine wines and
      bottled waters
   o Champagne with toast
   o Wedding cake
   o Choice of flowers on tables
   o Choice of white, cream or coloured table linen and napkins
   o Personalised place cards, table plan and menus
   o Additional flower arrangements in reception rooms
   o Stubton’s sumptuous bridal suite for one night
In addition, we can arrange the following extras at an additional cost:
            o Bridal bouquet and wedding party flowers to coordinate with table flowers
            o Additional flower arrangements (where not otherwise included)
            o Flowers in church or in our ceremony rooms
            o Photographer
            o Church blessing (fee to be paid directly to St Martin’s Church)
            o Piano player, string quartet or other music during ceremony & reception
            o DJ or band for evening entertainment
