If you do still want to fill in the paper copy please answer all the questions and leave it at the club addressed to the Tournament Secretary. Important - Please answer all questions 1. There are two categories of membership that control when members may play. Associate membership allows the member to play at Monday morning sessions, Tuesday morning sessions, Rubber Bridge sessions and also at Thursday evening sessions when they take place; Full membership or equivalent additionally allows the member to play at Wednesday evening and Friday evening sessions.
