Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 Reports to: Vice President, Professional Services Travel: Must be willing to travel to client sites 75% - May be travel by plane. Position Summary The BC Analyst will deliver Business Continuity services to our client base that include: Risk Assessments, Business Impact Analysis, BC Program and Plan development. The Business Continuity Analyst will educate our clients on Business Continuity and facilitate the initial design, development and documentation of the Business Continuity Program of each client. Upon completion of the development of the Business Continuity Program, the Analyst will provide consulting services to ensure the ongoing training, testing and maintenance of the client's Business Recovery Program. Key Responsibilities . Works with new clients to develop their Business Continuity Program by o Conducting initial risk assessment o Facilitating Business Impact Analysis o Delivering presentations and written reports on findings o ! Coaching credit union staff on plan development o Providing education sessions on BCP o Providing appropriate plan and process templates for use by the client . Works with existing clients to test, maintain and improve on their Business Continuity Program by o Reviewing BC plans and providing feedback to plan owners o Conducting at least 1 annual exercise with the client per year o Assisting in annual test plan development and test scenario . Provide guidance and direction to the clients' management team on BC Best Practices . Conduct periodic presentations to clients' executive management and departments outlining the corporate Business Continuity Program capabilities. . Act as key liaison between client and Company o Provide timely written and verbal updates to management on client progress o Notify management and other appropriate staff of client activities . Participate as ke! y member of Account Management Team for existing clients to identify a dditional revenue opportunities . Attend internal/ external meetings, seminars, conventions, etc., to expand professional expertise and maintain professional contacts that support assigned functions. Position will require up to 75% travel and off-hour, on-call support (on an as needed basis). Required Experience . Bachelor Degree . 5 - 8+ years experience with contingency planning initiatives. . 3+ years managing contingency planning initiatives. . Possess exceptional knowledge with contingency planning initiatives. . Proven previous experience recovering a company from a major disaster. . Proven ability to work within complex project work under tight deadlines. . Ability to work with all levels of personnel from end users to executive management. . Polished presentation skills to both large groups and executive management/ board meetings. . Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Strong analytical and developmental skills. . Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). .
