A. Requirement Overview
Client requires a web base application for managing various types of projects. There are requirements regarding project tracking system so that one can get the updates of actual status of project, time li ne, massages and files so project can be determine with clear timeline and progress report.
B. Functionality
1. Bird’s eye view:This functionality seems like quick view of project on hand, messages, timeline and to do list.
2. Projects:Detail view of projects and their status, person involvement and progress of development. 3. Messages:Listing of messages of particular project and allow sending files across the project team who have been working in distributed manner. 4. To Do List:Display today’s task with time duration so that administrator can determine time allocation and distinguish dependency.
5. Time Line:Display the detail view of project with major tasks and their status according to date.
6. Drawing Board:We are not able to determine this functionality, and that is why we require asking to client about this function. 7. Files:During project there is requirement to send files across to other team members who associated to project and working in distributed manner. This functionality stands for allow them to send and get various files for project.

1. Project completion based on ideal circumstances, so it can varies as per change request, functional determination, Research and development. 2. As per third party tools and technology we are not responsible for optimization, performance issues, licensing software and compatibility. 3. As per email requirement we are not going to incorporating SMTP protocol with project tracking system like outlook express.
