                SAP Consultant - Customer Asset Management

Purpose of Role:

Implementing the Wave 2 SAP Template of CCHBC throughout the Group Operations in 28
countries.

The Market To Cash team works closely with the other deployment teams: Forecast to deploy,
Customer Interaction Center, Finance, Order management and Data Migration team to deliver
the template and support any enhancements. It consists of individuals located across the
European region but working as one to benefit all.

Key Expectations:

You are expected to dedicate on a number of key deliverables and to demonstrate a broad
range of skills and competencies as detailed below.

Apply pro-active actions to integrate the CRM distribution management with other areas of
CRM and R/3.
Be able to deploy and support the mobile applications
Perform system configuration in a highly complex country and system landscape.
Demonstrate the SAP Template solution to support business process – gap analysis -
workshops.
Take action to mitigate risks and seek resolution for functional and technical issues throughout
the project lifecycle.
Interact with the language and mind of a business person, switching off from the technical
jargon, with various business process leaders from corporate and the countries.
Deliver high quality functional/technical design documents.
Write and execute test scenarios corresponding to the approved business processes.
Provide post implementation support and pursue to become a trusted advisor.

Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1 year exposure in the usage and or configuration of any customer interaction center
and/or:
Hands-On SAP CRM experience (preferable) and/or:
Hands-On SAP Service Management and/or Plant and fleet management experience and/or:
At least 5 years of business knowledge and exposure in service management and services
oriented environment such as customer support center.
