complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, and a valid email
address. WRCH, the sponsor of the Contest, will select a winner at random at
approximately 8am ET from all eligible entries received up to that point and will

          Monday, February 28th, 2011.

     c. Listeners will receive one (1) free internet entry per person and may use Loyal Listener
points for additional entries for each vacation giveaway. Internet entries will be
deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the
time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to
the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other
organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated
with the submitted email address. For purposes of these Official Rules, “receipt” of any
on-line entry will be solely determined when the website server records
the entry data. Any automated computer form reply or receipt (such as one confirming
delivery of e-mail) does not constitute actual receipt by WRCH of an entry form for
purposes of these Official Rules. All on-line entries must be received by 8am ET on

glitches. WRCH is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals,
equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an
individual from completing his/her telephone call.
