Expanding beyond the U.S.Borders
Updated 11/06/2007
If you are a Platinum, you can also get additional information through GBISlink.com
(Global Business Information System). This website provides information for getting
started, managing and renewing an international business, available product lines in the
various markets, and more. For GBISLink password access and GBISLink technical support
help, call 616-787-0106 Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (EST) or send an email
that includes your name and IBO number to AskUs@GBISLink.com.
As an LTD IBO, you have the opportunity to expand your business outside of the U.S.
borders to more than 80 countries and territories. The purpose of this document is to help
you and your upline Mentor determine if this area of the business is worth pursuing at this
time. Because IBOs situation is unique, there is not any generic advice; careful
consideration with your upline Mentor is almost always necessary. Although it may look like
a “free lunch” at first glance, the international business does not compensate an IBO in the
same ways as the domestic market does. For example:
• No volume is counted towards your domestic volume
• Unless you have a 2nd business in an int’l market, no money is actually made until your
int’l IBO reaches a Qualified Platinum level.
• You will not qualify for ANY int’l bonus unless you are a Qualified Platinum in the
U.S. market.
Other information to consider:
• The int’l business is not “the silver bullet”
• An int’l business is a long-term proposition
• Your main source of income will always come from your U.S. business
• In most cases, your int’l business will grow as a result of building a large, U.S. based
business. The bigger your domestic business, the bigger the chances somebody will
make something happen outside of the U.S.
• If you do submit an int’l lead, you’ve sown a seed. Some seeds grow, some may not.
• If you do end up registering somebody in an int’l market, be very careful in your
communication with them as they may be mentored by their local upline (also called
Foster Sponsor). This is where you and your mentor need to agree on how your int’l
leg will get their business building advice. Advice/mentoring from multiple sources
may cause confusion which in many cases causes total inactivity.
• Int’l markets may vary a great deal in terms of how the business is built, and it may
change from market to market although the foundational concept is the same.
• Quixtar.com does not operate outside of North America and the Caribbean. To be
able to operate outside of these markets, Quixtar is using international affiliates
that may use a different name based on the market; some examples are Vebso.com,
Amivo.com, & A2K.com.

STEP #1: Is my lead really “international”?
Let’s begin with a clarification of what is considered “International” and what is considered
a “Quixtar market.” If your prospect resides in any of the countries or territories in the
following grid, they are not considered international; you can register them just like your
next door neighbor with a few differences:
• The Quixtar Registration: The new IBO needs to click on the respective link that
corresponds to where they live geographically (Canada, Atlantic & Caribbean, etc).
• Local support (the LTD system): The LTD system may not have a local meeting, etc
in the area where they live. In this case, contact your upline mentor for advice.
• The language of the person you register: Your prospect may speak another
language, if you do not speak that language, there may be some potential
communication challenges.
Anguilla Cayman Islands -St. Eustatius
Antigua Dominica -Saba
Aruba Granada Nevis
Bahamas Haiti Puerto Rico
Barbados Montserrat St. Kitts
Barbuda Netherland Antillies St. Lucia
Bermuda -Bonaire St. Vincent
British Virgin Islands -Curacao Trinidad and Tobago
Canada -St. Maarten Turks and Caicos

STEP #2: Is my lead from a country or territory where we are
currently able to conduct business?
If you do not find the country or territory below, your lead is in a market where we do not
currently operate. Although new markets do become available from time to time, there is
no guarantee that any particular market will open. This process is strictly driven by Quixtar
and Alticor.
Argentina Greece Poland
Australia Guatemala Portugal
Austria Honduras Romania
Belgium Hong Kong Russia
Brazil Hungary Singapore
Brunei India Slovak Republic
Chile Indonesia Slovenia
China Italy South Africa
Colombia Japan Spain
Costa Rica Korea Sweden
Croatia Macau Switzerland
Czech Republic Malaysia Taiwan
Denmark Mexico Thailand
Dominican Republic Netherlands Turkey
El Salvador New Zealand Ukraine
Finland Norway United Kingdom
France Panama Uruguay
Germany Philippines Venezuela
The country groups below form Single Line of Sponsorship. (This may also be referred
to as Consolidated Line of Sponsorship (CLOS) especially in Eastern Europe.) What this
means for you, the IBO, is that expanding to Argentina, Uruguay and Chile are
considered the same market, just like the U.S. and Canada.
• Argentina/Uruguay/Chile • Malaysia/Singapore/Brunei
• Colombia/Venezuela • South Africa/Botswana/Namibia
• Australia/New Zealand • Netherlands/Belgium
• Spain/Portugal • United Kingdom/Ireland
• Germany/France • Hong Kong/Macau
• Denmark/Finland/Norway/Sweden • Panama/Costa Rica
• Poland/Slovenia/Slovakia/Hungary • Guatemala/El Salvador/Honduras
/Romania/Croatia/Czech
Republic/Ukraine/Turkey

STEP #3: its decision time! Submit a lead or not?
THE LEAD PROCESSING FEE:
Please be aware that for each lead you submit, there is a tentative charge of $40.00 to
cover expenses associated with establishing contact with your lead, showing them the
marketing plan, following up, etc. (Lead registration link will follow on page 6). Your credit
card is not charged automatically when you click submit. It will be charged manually once a
potential Foster Sponsor is located in the market and you will be notified via email with a
“Presentation Access Number” that is a unique number assigned to your lead. If a lead
develops into an IBO in the market, you will be notified by Quixtar that you are the sponsor
of an international business. Although each lead is pursued as much as possible, there is no
guarantee that it will turn into an IBO! This fee is non-refundable so please make sure you
qualify your lead as much as possible before starting this process and your upline mentor is
in agreement.
