Seasonal Pre-Payment Package - Pay by March 31st to receive discount. Calculation for standard pools: $1596 – 10% = $1436.40 + $123.89 sales tax = $1560.29. Non-standard pools or pools with spa combos: $1936 – 10% = $1742.40 + $150.28 sales tax = $1892.68.
– Includes summerize, winterize, 2 winter checks, 17 weekly services, and up to 2 hours of power vacuums. Extra charges include: misc. labor, cover water/leaves, pump downs, additional vacuums and/or repairs add $85/man hour; and any chemicals, parts or accessories.
□ Summerize $239 (Standard pools) – The summerization process is divided into two segments.
The first part will be performed in April (if this agreement is sent back in time), the second part performed the week of scheduled opening (circle below). Part 1 - Unplug all lines and install fittings; install pump, filter, chlorinator, auto cleaners, etc.; grease valves/o-rings; prime and start your filter system, checking its operation; summerize heater; Part 2 - remove cover, sweep, fold and put away; empty and fold water bags; reconnect diving board, ladders, handrails, etc.; check the chemical balance of the water; set your time clock; and sweep the patio around pool. Extra charges include: nonstandard pools or pool with spa combos add $85; misc. labor, cover water/leaves, power vacuum and/or repairs add $85/man hour; and any chemicals, parts or accessories. ○Circle desired summerize week (open 3 weeks before planned use, only ‘week of’ appointments granted)

□ Winterize $239
(Standard pools) - Clean filter; disassemble pump, filter, chlorinator, auto cleaner, etc.; winterize heater; install blow-out extensions; blow out skimmer and return lines, plug lines, detach drain plugs; check the chemical balance of the water; detach diving board, ladders, rails, etc.; install pool cover and secure. Extra charges include: non-standard pools or pools with spa combos add $85; misc. labor, power vacuum and/or repairs add $85/man hour; and any chemicals, parts or accessories. ○Circle desired winterize week (only ‘week of’ appointments granted)

□ Winter Check $32
(Performed twice in the winter after pool closing) - Check water level; check chemical balance and water quality; check pool and equipment for freeze issues; check on cover security, replacing any broken water bags and tightening springs. Extra charges include: misc. labor, cover water/leaves and/or pump downs add $85/man hour; and any chemicals, parts or accessories.
Maintenance options: □ Weekly Service $52
(Standard pools) - Vacuum pool (1 hr. max.); empty all baskets; backwash filter when needed; skim the water surface; brush the pool; check the chemical balance; and clean scum line when needed. Performed late in the week. Extra charges include: non-standard pools or pools with spa combos add $10; and any chemicals, parts or accessories.
□ Discounted Weekly Service $42 (Standard pools) - Same as ‘Weekly Service’ but performed early in the week. Extra
charges include: non-standard pools or pools with spa combos add $10; and any chemicals, parts or accessories.
□ Non-Vacuum Weekly Service $32 - Same as ‘Weekly Service’ but without the vacuum and brushing. Designed for
customers with auto-cleaners. Extra charges include: Vacuums (if auto-cleaner is missing sediment) and any chemicals, parts or accessories.
□ Power Vacuum $85/hr – For customers who need a power vacuum and/or want a vacuum that is not on a weekly basis. Extra
charges include: any chemicals, parts or accessories.
Terms and Conditions:
The person signing this agreement represents that they are the owner of the premises or authorized by the owner to enter into this agreement, and are personally responsible to make all payments to Contractor. All account balances are due in full before the 20th of the month following service. Service can be suspended on accounts that reach $1000 balance and/or are 60 days or more overdue. Past due balances are subject to a 2% finance charge per month. Return check fee is $30. The Contractor or subcontractor may place a mechanic's lien on the premises if not paid in full when due. All payments will be progress payments in accordance with the Lien Law. No payment will be held in escrow. Should litigation or collection action result, all legal fees, court expenses, and any other reasonable expenses incurred by Contractor will be paid by the Customer. THE CUSTOMER OR CONTRACTOR MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT (VIA WRITTEN NOTICE) ANYTIME. If canceled, any advance money paid by the Customer, that has not been used for a service, would be returned. Current chemical, parts, and accessory pricing is published on Contractor’s website. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Contractor will only do the work shown in writing hereon, and any additional work or changes to work require additional cost to Customer. Contractor is not required to perform changes to the work scope herein unless contained in a written change order signed by Contractor, unless Customer orally requests changes and they are performed without a written change order. In the latter case, the cost shall be at Contractor’s usual rates. Contractor’s prices are subject to change and are based solely upon visible inspection of the property, and any unforeseen problems such as, but not limited to, unstable soil conditions, ground water, utilities, etc., shall be first promptly remedied at the sole expense of Customer before Contractor is obligated to continue. There are no warranties of any kind, including any express warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except materials suppliers’ written warranty, if any. Start and completion dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence in this Agreement. Contractor is not responsible for delays caused by hidden defects or obstacles, Acts of God, strikes, unavailability of labor or materials, or delays caused by the Customer or other contractors. If the Contractor empties a pool for servicing, the possibility exists for wall shifts, cracks, collapses and/or shell pop ups. The Customer will assume the financial liability of such risk. The Customer is responsible for keeping their pool and/or spa properly maintained between visits. This includes but is not limited to: keeping the water at the appropriate level, pumping off cover water, replacing broken water bags, keeping covers secure, emptying baskets, chemical balancing, freeze protection and inspecting systems for proper operation. The customer is also responsible for keeping fencing, pools, spas, electrical and any associated equipment up to National, State and local codes. Contractor will not be held liable for any pool and/or spa accidents. This includes but is not limited to: diving injuries, slide injuries, drowning, slip and fall injuries. Contractor will not be held liable for floods, drainage problems, fire, freeze damage or chemical damage not caused by Contractor. When Contractor reconnects a diving board during the summerize process, they are not certifying its safety. Contractor’s professional advice is that residential pools should not be equipped with diving boards. WARNING - Customer is instructed to dive at their own risk.
