            The result of product moment measurement above has been correlated

   with the signification degree of the table.

   1. Alternative Hypothesis (Ha)

              There are correlation between student’s learning styles and their

        English achievement in the first year student’s of SMAN 2 Salatiga.

   2. Nihil Hypothesis (Ho)

              There are not correlation between student’s learning styles and their

        English achievement in the first year student’s of SMAN 2 Salatiga.



A. Conclusion

   1. Visual Learners

              Based on the result of calculation above, on the 5% signification

        level and degree of freedom = N – 2, can be concluded that ro = 0,1965

        and rt = 0,3291, it means ro < rt so Ho is received. The meaning is there is

        not correlation between student’s visual learning styles with and their

        English achievement in the first year student’s of SMAN 2 Salatiga.

   2.   Auditory Learners

              Based on the result of calculation above, on the 5% signification

        level and degree of freedom = N – 2, can be concluded ro = 0,1334 and rt =

        0,3291, it means ro < rt so Ho is received. The meaning is there is not
   correlation between student’s auditory learning styles and their English

   achievement in the first year student’s of SMAN 2 Salatiga.

3. Tactual Learners

          Based on the result of calculation above, on the 5% signification

   level and degree of freedom = N – 2, can be concluded ro = 0,0426 and rt =

   0,3291, it means ro < rt so Ho is received. The meaning is there are is

   correlation between student’s tactual learning styles and their English

   achievement in the first year student’s of SMAN 2 Salatiga.

4. The entire learning style

          Based on the result of analysis multiple regression above, on the 5%

   signification level, df = 3 and N – m – 1 = 32 can be concluded Fo = 4,61

   and Ft = 2,90, it means Fo > Ft so Ho is rejected. The meaning is there are

   any correlation between the entire student’s learning styles and their

   English achievement in the first year student’s of SMAN 2 Salatiga.
