health values than rice? Benefits of eating Kamote in place of rice. 1. Sweet potato is
more filling and cheaper.It also suppresses hunger and will not fill hungry easily. 2. It
grows easily in backyards with or without fertilizers. Local government executives
can provide their poor an alternative during bad season of growing rice. 3. Rice is
