SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS FOR WESTERN CENTRE EVENT Organising Club Cheltenham Homeguard Motorcycle Club Event Type and Name Club Trial – Robin’s Quarry Beginners Trial Date plus start and finish times Sunday 2nd January 2011. Start 10:30. Finish 14:30 Western Centre Permit No ACU 30843 Description of the event The Club will hold the ‘Robin’s Quarry’ Trial at Hazleton, Gloucestershire. Landranger Map ref : SP080183 Nearest postcode: GL54 4EA The start will be signposted from the A40 about 8 miles east of Cheltenham. The trial will be open to all ACU affiliated members under a closed to Club permit and will be run in accordance with the National Sporting Code, the standing regulations for trials of the Auto Cycle Union (Ltd), the following supplementary regulations and any final instructions to riders that may be issued on the day of the event. This will be an easy trial suitable for beginners. The easy route will have no tight turns or steep climbs and will be possible to ride on a trail bike. The terrain is stony and drains well with no deep mud. We are aiming for 3 laps of 14 sections. (In line with Western Centre guidelines) Sportsman Plus route (The easier sections from the clubman route plus half of the sportsman route sections) Class Options (Delete that which does not apply and add as applicable) All solos adults and schoolboy A and B – Riders over the age of 40 should state “OVER 40” on their entry form. (Example “Novice over 40”). Experts are welcome to ride on a no award basis.
