    1.    RA submits PEP Form to HD (via email) 2 weeks prior to the event (must include supplemental handout for programs).

    2.    HD reviews PEP (including supplemental handout for programs) and returns to submitting RA (via email) with comments within 3
          business days.

  3.   The HD requires the PEP or handout/brochure to be altered before the event is approved, the RA must resubmit the necessary form
       (via email) to the HD within 2 business days. HD will then repeat step 2. If the event is, for any reason, not approved through the
       resubmission of materials the HD and RA will meet to discuss the event idea further.

  4.   Once the event is approved by the HD, RA facilitates event and, within 5 days, completes and submits the CERF (via email) and the
       hard copy Sign-In sheet to the HD at the HD office.

  5.   The HD reviews the CERF and returns to submitting RA (via email) with comments and star points awarded.
