Role and Responsibilities

                   Working out the goals set by top management
                   Motivate and help entry level managers to achieve business objectives
                   Giving suggestions and feedback to top managers
                   Give valuable information to top managers to help improve the organization's
                    bottom line


Qualifications and Education Requirements

           Possess an advanced - Higher - Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's- Masters Degree in
            Hospitality, Tourism.
           Minimum 4 years working experience in travel agency.
           Background of tour operations computer software and system.
           Knowledge in Computer and Good organizational skills.
           Communications skills in English – Arabic.

JOB TITLE
             Tour Operations


PURPOSE OF THE JOB

             Tour operation is to promote and arrange a holidays and travel products to
              customers. They may give them some websites to know more about the place or
              brochures.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
      Working out the goals set by top management.
             Motivate and help entry level managers to achieve business objectives.
             Giving suggestions and feedback to top managers.
             Give valuable information to top managers to help improve the organization's
              bottom line.



CANDIDATE


             Tour Operations will work in a team environment. He must have experience in
              dealing with teams and if they face any problem he has a suitable solution.

SALARY


              Starting AED 15,000 per month.
