      INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the new autumn / winter brochure. Time to pack the woolies and flasks in your sacks and
keep those winter blues at bay by staying active and healthy outdoors.

Prices will remain the same until the new financial year and we are commited in continuing to offer
you excellent value on your days away with us. If you have any ideas or themes for walks please let
us know and forward your suggestions to us by email or letter. We continue to offer you a great choice
of walks during the week or at weekends and have introduced a variety of grades for the Wednesday
themed walks going to some fantastic venues not too far away. You will also notice there are slightly
less Challenging walks this winter due to the fact we had to cancel so many last year but we have
included a challenging weekend away to Arran and will deliver a challenging weekend to Torridon
      next summer by request.

A highly experienced mountain instructor will be delivering another winter skills course in February.
This two day workshop is aimed at those people who have existing hill experience and want to take it
      that bit further.

For those of you starting out on your walking experience then try one of our half day lectures and
walking tasters to get you going and if you don’t venture that far because you don’t have the map
reading skills then book on to a navigation course to set you off on the right road.

Please note the programme closes for 4 weeks, last walk on Sunday 13th December, back on
      January 9th 2010.
