The Bandhavgarh National Park is one of the most popular wildlife reserves of India
located in Jabalpur districts of Madhya Pradesh. It is a renowned destination of

national park is known for 37 species of mammals, more than 250 species of birds,
about 70 species of butterflies and several reptiles. Among all these the best part of the
wildlife is its good number of Royal Bengal Tiger. According to the official data, this
national park is a home to 400 tigers, which maximizes a chance of the tiger sighting
during safari. Because of this large number of tourist comes here from across the globe to
see the strongest predator and the king of the jungle.

Along with this some of the other animal species of this national park is Leopard, Sloth
Bear, Faced Langur, Wild Boar, Sambar, Indian Bison, Deer and more. Apart from the
animal, this national park is also known for its exotic collection of bird species, which
calls on a large number of bird’s watchers and ornithologists from several parts of the
globe. Some of the famous bird’s species that can be seen at this wildlife reserve are
Black Stork, Parakeets, White Bellied Dronges, Minivets, Steppe Eagles and many more.
At the time of a migratory season one can also get an opportunity to see some of the
rarest species of birds, which also includes Sarus Cranes.

November to June is the best time to visit this national park. This is also the best time to
