					Chunky Orange & Whisky Marmalade
Bread & Butter Pudding


The is a great warming pudding for those cold wintery evenings, everyone would want this
pudding again and again...

This recipe serves four



Ingredients

4 slices of lightly toasted bread

2 eggs

3/4 semi-skimmed milk

Unsalted butter or Flora to taste

Brown sugar, cinnamon

Chunky Seville Orange & Whisky marmalade



Whisk eggs with milk until frothy

Dunk each buttered or Flora spread toast in the mixture

Layer the bread in a dish, pour remaining egg and milk mixture over the toast, sprinkle
with sugar and cinnamon and cook in a preheated oven Gas4, 180C for 30 to 40
minutes until custard is set. Add 3 tablespoons of the marmalade in the last 10 mins of
the cooking time remaining or for a wicked, delicious touch add 3 tablespoons of the
Whisky marmalade to clotted cream, stir well and Serve with pudding.
