    Brussel sprouts, roasted root vegetables, duck fat roast potatoes and a rich turkey gravy

 Free range pork loin with spiced red cabbage and raisins, Aspall’s Cyder jus, Bungay Bramley
                      apple sauce and crackling served on thyme mash

   Buttercup squash filled with a three nut roast served on a nutmeg and spinach puree with
                                     dauphinoise potatoes √

Char grilled salmon fillet with a brown shrimp and parsley butter, sea salt roasted new potatoes
                                     and broccoli almondine

Thetford forest venison and Waveney Valley mushroom casserole served with a Shipcord cheese
                        cobbler and roasted root vegetables on the side
