    Christmas Booking - Terms & Conditions
•     For all Christmas Bookings, there must be a 29 Member or Corporate Members present within your party.
•     Dress Code: Smart – Jeans are acceptable as long as they are smart; sports trainers are not allowed.
•     Over 25’s only.
•     Food bills are subject to a discretionary 10% service charge on parties of 8 and over.
•     All prices shown are per person.
•     We require a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person for lunch and dinner reservations. To be received
      within 2 weeks of making reservation.
•     For area reservations, we require all buffet menus paid 1 month prior to your booking.
•     Any person / parties arriving for the set menus after the reserved time may be subject to removal of one or
      more courses due to time constraints, there will be no reduction in price should this occur.
•     All area bookings will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes, there will be no refund or transfer of deposit
      should this occur.
•     Please note, bar areas that you book are a base for your party and does not necessarily guarantee seating
      for everyone.
•     Any group lunch bookings within the Supper Club must vacate the area by 4pm.
•     In the event of guest numbers on the evening being less than booked, the deposit for the actual number of
      guests will be redeemed and the balance forfeited.
•     We are happy to take bookings in January for late Christmas celebrations.
•     Menus may be subject to change.
•     All private areas are subject to time constraints. These will vary according to your requirements.
•     If numbers drop, 29 have the right to move your group to an area more suitable to your number of guests.
•     For deposits made payable by cheque, please note guarantee card details on the reverse of the cheque. All
      cheques should be made payable to Glenerrol T/A 29.
•     Cash deposits must be made in person.
•     Access to some bars may be restricted due to private functions.
•     Management reserve the right to refuse admission and in such cases any pre-paid monies will not be refunded.
•     It is expected that all members and guests of members will behave in a polite, proper and respectful fashion at
      all times whilst on the premise. Anyone not behaving in an orderly manner may be asked to leave the venue.
