The program targets young professionals (25 years or older) with an outstanding university degree, at least three years work experience and a high level of motivation. Profile of the Participating Universities

GSBA is part of Moscow State University (MGU), Russia‘s oldest and most famous university, and amongst the leading Business Schools in Russia. GSBA has got approx. 600 students and offers Bachelor, Master and MBA education. GSBA‘s lectures take place in its new buildings on MGU campus. Rankings for business administration: GSBA was ranked No.1 by the magazine “Секрет фирмы“ in a ranking of the Top 20 Business Schools in Russia

EBS is Germany‘s oldest state-accredited private university for business administration with 55 full time professors and is located close to Wiesbaden. EBS has approx. 1000 students and a global network of 150 partner universities. The business school is cooperating with 160 corporate partners (including all 30 DAX companies).

Building the basics: Building the basics: General General Management Management
During the first year of the program, you will learn general management skills by attending courses in cross-cultural management, economics, quantitative methods, finance, business law, strategic management, managerial accounting, human resource management and organizational behaviour.

Focus on Logistics Focus on Logistics and Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management Management
First-year topics cover logistics systems, including a business game, and operations management. The second year will provide more in-depth knowledge in: information systems and quality management for supply chains; business forecasting and capacity planning; controlling in supply chains; process and project management; transportation management.

Learning a Learning a Language Language
Throughout the duration of the program, you will have the opportunity to learn the German language in small-sized evening classes for beginners in order to enhance your skills for an international career. The courses are taught in Russian, when nonRussian lecturers teach courses, translation is provided. Teaching material is mainly Russian.

Renown degree with workshops in Russia an Germany
Students will participate in workshops in Germany and Russia of week each. Upon graduation they will receive a diploma a Moscow State University and a certificate of EBS

Degree Degree

The degree will be the MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree of GSBA, Moscow State University (MSU), which is the top-ranked university in Russia. An EBS certificate is also awarded upon graduation.

Timeline Timeline

The program is part-time in blocks of 2 weeks The program is scheduled to begin in March 2008 with classes of the first module. First workshop – in Germany – will take place in June 2008. Second module end of September / beginning of October 2008. Third and fourth module plus workshop in Russia – in 2009. Degree Awarding in the end of 2009.

Tuition Fees
What are the costs of the program? The total price of the program is highly competitive, because of the significant subsidies the program receives from DAAD. The tuition fees for the full-time MBA program are € 10,000 (360.000 Rub). Additional costs for travel and accommodation during the field trips to German and Russian companies will amount to approximately € 2,000 (72.000 Rub). Tuition fees may be paid in four separate instalment payments of € 3,000 every six months. BSGV bank offers long-term loans for GSBA students. We are committed to helping you finance your GSBA education. Financial aid options are available to all students. An extensive package of services (e.g. field trips, course materials, German course) is included in this fee.

Admissions Requirements
What are the requirements for joining the MBA program?

To be considered for admission to the part-time MBA program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, we expect you to: 1) hold an outstanding university degree equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (minimum 4 years) 2) have at least three years of working experience In addition, you should be able to demonstrate: an above-average level of motivation to assume the high workload and contribute to the program a portfolio of both international experience and interpersonal skills Understanding of written English

Admissions Procedure
Steps of the application procedure If you would like to apply to the MBA program, please submit your complete application materials by 21 January 2008. The program courses are scheduled to begin in March 2008. After verification of your applications, potential candidates will be invited to personal interviews with representatives of both universities. The complete application documents set comprises the following:
