Buses
This year there are more buses than ever before running on Boxing Day, getting you
to Manchester and back. So now you can enjoy all the shops and amenities that
the city has to offer during the holiday period without having to take your car. Bus
services on Boxing Day will run to special Bank Holiday or Sunday timetables
with altered frequencies. Please check journey details before travelling.

Running in Manchester city centre 7am – 7pm.

Metrolink trams
Trams will run on the Altrincham, Bury and Eccles lines every 15 minutes.
Services will start around 7am, and finish earlier, around 8pm.
