Rental Agreement Contract
Bands or entertainment must be completely set up one hour prior to arrival of guests to avoid any type of disturbance during the banquet. The banquet hall is available after 10 a.m. for any set up or decorating. All bands/entertainment, as well as the renting party, are responsible for any belongings or property brought to the hall. Stoudt’s will not be liable for damaged or stolen articles of any kind. Requests for using areas surrounding the main banquet hall can be accommodated with setup fees starting at $250.00. Additional labor and rental of linens, table skirting, decorations, table and chair arrangements will be priced accordingly and will be finalized and approved by payee prior to the function. All taxes (6%) and service fees (15%) must be added to prices quoted. A minimum non-refundable deposit of $500.00 (five hundred) must be made in order to hold the banquet facilities on a definite basis. An additional non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due 90 days prior to event. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the conclusion of the evening. Stoudt’s Black Angus has the right to stop serving anyone who we feel is intoxicated. We will not serve anyone under the legal drinking age of 21. We do not permit anyone to bring alcohol on the premises. In the event of cancellation, the patron shall be held liable for all losses sustained by Stoudt’s Black Angus Hall and all deposits made may be held to cover said losses. The Customer must notify the banquet manager of final attendance count 96 hours in advance of function date. A minimum of 75 in attendance is required to use the banquet hall. Any glass or china missing or broken will be deducted from the security deposit. Prices are subject to change. A service fee of $200.00 will be charged for any party that falls below 100 guests. A service fee of $350.00 will be charged for any party that falls below 85 guests.
