AGREEMENT OF INDEMNITY
WHEREAS a cheque dated on or about the was issued to for the amount of $ ; AND WHEREAS the said states that the said cheque has since been lost or destroyed;

AND WHEREAS the said wishes the Minister of Finance of Saskatchewan to cause to be issued to him/her a new cheque instead of the said cheque stated to have been lost or destroyed; AND WHEREAS Her Majesty, in right of the Province of Saskatchewan, has consented and agreed to the issue of a new cheque to replace the said cheque stated to be lost or destroyed provided the said agrees to indemnify and save harmless Her Majesty in right of Saskatchewan as provided in this Agreement: NOW I, , in consideration of the issue by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Saskatchewan of a new cheque to replace the said cheque stated to be lost or destroyed, DO HEREBY AGREE, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, to save harmless and keep indemnified Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Saskatchewan, Her heirs, successors and assigns, from and against all actions, claims, losses, costs, charges, damages and expenses which Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Saskatchewan may sustain or incur arising out of the loss of or the destruction of the aforesaid cheque and the issue of a new cheque, or of any claim being made upon or under such cheque stated to be lost or destroyed. THE UNDERSIGNED further agrees to deliver to Her Majesty the Queen, in right of the Province of Saskatchewan, the aforesaid cheque stated to be lost or destroyed if and as soon as the said cheque is found.
