                                                 Sales tax is 7.0%

                                                 Delivery & Setup
 A 19% service fee is applied to all catered events. Delivery charge & buffet setup is based on distance and the
amount of product. A second charge will be incurred if our staff returns to your site for equipment. Delivery times
                                     are arranged on a first contracted basis.

                                                     Staff Rates
The per hour rate for staff follows: Servers - $25, Carvers/Chefs - $35, Bartenders - $25.00 Plus Tipping. There is
                                                 a 4 hour minimum.
