Application Note:
Elsbortine P95-M1 is a non-phosphorous, non-sulfur additive which
provides antiwear performance exceeding ZnDTPs in our bench
screening test (Modified Falex Pin & Vee Block Procedure).

Elsbortine P95-M1 is an excellent candidate for an antiwear agent to
meet the proposed ILSAC GF-4 Performance Standards that places
limits on both phosphorus ( 0.05% max.) and sulfur (0.50% max.) in the
finished passenger car engine oil

3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION

Health hazards             : Prolong contact may cause sensitization to skin and
                           eyes.

hazards                      :
          No hazards. Material can form flammable mixture or can burn only upon
          Heating to temperatures at or above the flash point.
          Decomposes. Flammable/toxic gases will form upon decomposition.
         Toxic gases will form during combustion.
          See section 5 " fire fighting measures"


4. FIRST AID MEASURES

Inhalation         :
        Using proper respiratory protection, immediately remove the affected
        victim
        From exposure. Administer artificial respiration if the breathing is
        stopped. Call for medical attention.

Skin contact              :
         Immediately flash with large amount of water and use soap if available.
         Remove contaminated clothing, including shoes, after Flushing has
         begun. Avoid prolong contact to skin.


Eye contact        :
        Immediately flush eyes with large amount of water for at least 15 minutes
        And get prompt medical attention.

Ingestion           :
        DO NOT induce vomiting . if individual is conscious, give milk or water to
        Dilute stomach contents.
        DO NOT attempt to give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
        Get prompt medical attention.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES

Fire fighting procedures
       Used water spray to cool fire exposed surfaces and to protect personnel.
       Shut off fuel to fire.

Special fires precautions
       Respiratory and eye protection required for fire fighting personnel.
       Avoid spraying water directly into storage containers due to danger of
      boilover. See also section 4 "first aid measures" as well as section 10.

Hazardous combustion product
      Fumes, Smoke,Carbon dioxide(CO2), Carbon monoxide (CO), Oxide of
      Nitrogen And Oxide of sulphur ( toxic).

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Land spill :
     Contain spill liquid with sand or earth. Recover by pumping or with suitable
     absorbent.
     Consult an expert on disposal of recovered material and ensure conformity
     To local disposal regulations.
     See section 4 as well as section 10.
Water spill :
     Remove from surface by skimming or with suitable absorbents. If allowed
     by authorities and environmental agencies sinking and / or suitable
     dispersants may be used in non-confined waters.
     Consult an expert on disposal of any recovered material and ensure
     conformity to local disposal regulations.
     See also section 4 and 10.

STORAGE AND HANDLING GENERAL NOTES
Keep container closed. Handle container with care.
Open slowly in order to control possible pressure release.
Store in room temperature and well ventilated place, away from incompatible
materials.
Do not handle or store near an open flame, source of heat or source of ignition.
Protect materials from direct sunlight.
Do not pressurize, cut, heat, or weld containers.


8. EXPOSURE CONTROL / PERSONAL PROTECTION

Engineering control measures/ ventilation :
       The use of local exhaust ventilation is recommended to control process
       emission near the source.

Personal protection                               :
       All contact should be avoided by persons with known hypersensitivity to
       lubricating Oil.

      Inhalation : No hazard at ambient temperature ( -18 to 40 deg C).


      Skin contact : No order of toxicity, but prolong contact may cause very
      mild skin discomfort.

      Eye contact : Irritating to eye tissue if not remove promptly.

      Ingestion      : toxicity.

11. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION

Environmental mobility
      A mineral oil component of this preparation floats and can migrate from
      water to land.
      This is a preparation and environmental assessment is based on component
      data and that of similar products.

Environmental degradability
      This preparation is not expected to be readily biodegradable.
      Ecotoxicity and bioaccumulation expected to be harmful to aquatic
      organism. Long term adverse effect to aquatic organisms

12. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS

The following advice only applies to the product as supplied. Combination with
other materials may well indicate another route of disposal.
If doubt contact local authorities.

This product is not suitable for disposal by either landfill or via
municipal sewers,drains, natural streams or rivers.
