      GSA awarded the Design-Build Bridging Contract for the construction of the new USCG Headquarters Building on August 14, 2009 to Clark Design-
      Build LLC of Bethesda, MD. The contract value is $435,381,000.00 and includes DHS RWA amounts of $56,558,000.00 (from DHS FY 2009 RWA)
      and $34,500,000.00 (DHS ARRA RWA). The GSA breakdown includes $216,639,000.00 (FY 2009 appropriations) and $127,684,000.00 (GSA ARRA
      funds). Note that per direction from OMB and GSA, DHS shows ARRA RWA funds obligated upon acceptance of the RWA by GSA. Expenditures
      from the ARRA RWA will be reported by GSA. Additional awards will follow in FY 2010 for Phase 1B development activities (USCG Command
      Center and shared use facilities in adaptive Reuse of historic buildings).
